Constance Makes a Splash

There is no rain in the forecast here for “Step in a Puddle and Splash Your Friends Day”, so I had to make a puddle of my own. I’m not afraid of retaliation either, because my BEARPAW Constance rainboots will keep me dry and safe from any fellow puddle-stompers!
